Using a years worth of data here is the Monkey Meter list of the top 100 cities with road rage across the United States.  As usual I keep a list of the top 10.  The top ten list is constantly changing because it only uses data from the last 50 entries per city.  The list below is using data from the 7,500+ entries of last year.  Washington, D.C. wins the #1 spot for the second year in a row.
