Rate Your Road Rage on MonkeyMeter.com!

Current Monkey Meter Levels are at:  High 3.51  Road Rage Indicator

For those of you that don't know, MonkeyMeter.com not only lets visitors like you rate today's road rage, but forecasts it! The Monkey Meter Rating is an average of the last 150 ratings nation wide. A score of 1.00 is no road rage (good luck seeing that) and a score of 5.00 is Extreme Road Rage.

The national average road rage rating or NARRR is simply the average rating from visitors like yourself.  The average is calculated from the last 150 user inputs.  To determine if road rage is rising or falling, the average is compared to the previous 150 user inputs.

The rating system is a simple scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the worst.  The ratings also have a text description of:  None, Low, Moderate, High, and Extreme Danger.  The rating of "None" is only seen when new cities have been added to the database.  Below is the scale for these ratings.

Scale:

None < .999
Low > .999 and < 2.249
Moderate > 2.249 and < 2.899
High > 2.899 and < 3.999
Extreme Danger > 3.99

Ratings for each city is based on the averages from just 20 user inputs compared to the national rating of 150.

If you have not rated your road rage yet please do.  Often!  The more user input the more accurate the site can be. Want to know what road rage is going be like tomorrow?  Check the forecast for road rage.

My Rules of the Road

  1. Pay attention.
  2. Pay attention.
  3. Remind your self to pay attention.
  4. Don't bother trying to pass. Only pass when you know you can.
  5. If you think you are a good driver, then you must drive a lot. If you drive a lot, remind yourself odds are against you for avoiding an accident. Pay attention.
  6. No one drives like you.
  7. Don't hit anything...anything.
  8. Blinkers are a tool. Don't use because it's the law, use them to your advantage. Also, don't use them to ask to make a maneuver. You either can or not, and blinkers will help others become aware of your intent.
  9. If you tailgate, I know you do not know how to drive because you are assuming the other driver is as good as you.
  10. Do what you want, but don't do it to me.
