The national average road rage rating or NARRR is simply the average rating from visitors like yourself. The average is calculated from the last 150 user inputs. To determine if road rage is rising or falling, the average is compared to the previous 150 user inputs. The rating system is a simple scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the worst. The ratings also have a text description of: None, Low, Moderate, High, and Extreme Danger. The rating of "None" is only seen when new cities have been added to the database. Below is the scale for these ratings. Scale:None < .999 Ratings for each city is based on the averages from just 20 user inputs compared to the national rating of 150.
