Forecasting Road Rage?

I didn't think it would lead to this.  When I started this site I just wanted people to rate their rage, and we could all see the numbers.  I have a lot of ratings now though, and there are moving averages that seem somewhat predictable.  Why not dump them off to you?

Anyhow these are just forecasts so please take it easy on me.  Can't sue the weatherman you know.  The first official road rage forecast was March 20th, 2006.  For now I am just trying to keep my forecast within the highs and lows.

What is NARRR?
